The objective of Alfred Benzon Workshops is to facilitate and promote Danish researchers’ international contact with colleagues in relation to a specific research project within medical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences. Only applications from established Danish researchers who intend to arrange the workshop are considered. Proposals for various types of workshops/meetings are considered but the meeting must be held in Denmark.
The foundation will evaluate applications based on their originality and relevance of the proposed topic, and the qualifications of the applicants. The sum applied for cannot exceed DKK 50, 000 DKK. The number of participants should be less than 10.
Applications can be submitted all year around and are assessed four times per year. Notification is usually given within 2 months of the application.
